Bookings & Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, as the time could have been offered to another client.

Deposits & Payments
Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. Remaining balances are due at the end of your service.

Running Late
We offer a 10-minute grace period, but if you arrive later than this, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for others.

Booking the Correct Service
Please choose the service that best matches your hair/nail type, style, or needs. This ensures we give you the right amount of time and achieve the best results.

Health, Allergies & Safety
Let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. SmileWorld cannot be responsible for reactions or complications if information wasn’t shared in advance.

Children & Guests
To keep the salon calm and safe, we kindly ask that only the person having a service attends, unless agreed beforehand.

Photos & Social Media
We may ask to take a photo or short video of your finished look for our portfolio or socials. You can always decline your comfort comes first.

Refunds & Redo Policy
Due to the nature of salon services, refunds are not offered. If you’re unhappy with any part of your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll happily offer a complimentary adjustment where appropriate.

Personal Items
Please keep your belongings safe. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

SmileWorld does not store or see your card details.
