All memberships renew monthly and include appointment credits per billing cycle. Credits must be used within the month and do not roll over. Cancellations or rescheduling must follow our standard salon policy (24 hours notice required). If you cancel your membership, it will stay active until the current billing period ends. Memberships are non-refundable due to the nature of salon services.
Appointments included in memberships cover the listed services only. Any add-ons or extra work will be charged at the normal price during your visit. SmileWorld is not responsible for reactions to products if allergies or sensitivities were not disclosed. By joining a membership, you agree to automatic billing until cancelled.

You simply log into your SmileWorld Client Portal , choose your service, and your membership credit will apply automatically.

Yes, you can cancel through your Client Portal. Your plan will stay active until the end of the billing cycle.
