Booking an appointment with SmileWorld means you agree to our salon policies. Deposits are non-refundable and required for selected services. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may incur the full service fee
A 10-minute grace period applies to all appointments. Arriving later than this may lead to reduced service time or cancellation. Please ensure you choose the correct service when booking, as incorrect selections may not be accommodated and can affect your results or timing.
Clients must inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions or sensitivities before their appointment. We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed health conditions.
Refunds are not offered due to the nature of our services. If you have concerns with your result, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment where appropriate. SmileWorld is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
